I absolutely love this set. It’s expensive but really worth it. The hooks are soo smooth, the connectors screw on with ease, the wires swivel as you work so you never get in a tangle. The wrap-case is beautifully made and everything stores neatly away. If you like using super quality tools in what you do, you will love these.

As clover Armour are my favourite standard crochet hooks, and this set was recommended by TLYarncraft, I decided to go for the full Tunisian set and I LOVE them. They really do glide smoothly and do not split the yarn. The rotating cords seem nice and sturdy - I have big hands and a knife hold, so my palm can press on the cord rather than the bamboo hook itself. So far no sign of wear. I have also tried attaching a hook to both ends of a cord (instead of a stopper to one end) for circular Tunisian crochet.

Love this set really worth the price, nicely presented comfortable to use with sufficient pointed ends to easily pick up stitches, one of my best buys!

These actually arrived a week early and I'm so happy with them!! The stopper and hook are easily attached to the cable, the hooks are smooth and don't catch on the yarn and I've also noticed that the screws are quite long so if they do start to unscrew, not that mine have, it takes a while for them to completely come undone so you're more likely to notice before you lose your stitches.The bag is secure and there's a divider bit where the hooks go for you to fold it so the hooks don't get squished and damaged if the bag is closed for a while.I've only just started making a scarf so I don't need the longer cables st the moment but, whilst the work can twist round on the hook, it doesn't on the cable. I think this will be a massive help when I begin crocheting my blanket which will be my next project.They're definitely worth the money and I was really impressed with the early arrival and the fact that they weren't damaged as they had to be shipped to the UK from the USA. If you have the money then in my opinion you should definitely invest in these, all the parts for the kit are well made and durable.

I was lucky enough to get these on a time limit sale at 50% off. The hooks are all bamboo. Each one is sanded smooth, and they are smoother than I expected. They are lightweight feel easy in my hand. I liked the hooks very much. They come in a canvas roll-up with slots for the 8 hooks, the other side is where the cords, end buttons are stashed. Personally I do not care for the canvas roll-up, but it does the job of storing, so I'm not taking any stars off. The hook heads are inline, slightly pointed and I really like how they hold yarn. I've already started a project with one of the hooks & it glides easily in, out & around the yarn. This one is a keeper.

Ces crochets tunisiens ou crochets Victoria sont de très bonne qualité. Très légers, très bien finis, ils n'accrochent pas au fil et le travail est agréable et rapide.Ils sont livrés dans une petite pochette avec des câbles de différentes tailles ainsi que le nécessaire pour que les mailles ne se sauvent pas lors de l'utilisation des câbles.Je ne peux que recommander ce produit.

Wasn't sure what to expect - I'm a newbie crocheter - but having now used the hooks for 3 projects I really like working with this set. The hooks are very soft in the hands and work smoothly on the yarn. A bonus is that because the hooks are long enough - 6 inches - you can use them for doing regular crochet too (not cords), which is why I invested in this tunisian crochet set. Just FYI, you can also purchase a separate connector for the cords if you wanted to connect two cords to make an even longer one than their longest one (which is actually really quite long already since the yarn that collects on it scrunches up). So far, very happy with my purchase!

The crochet hooks are so light it feels like I'm holding nothing. It took some adjustment after using metal hooks for 8 years, but these are smooth, yarn splitting only occurs when I'm too hasty, and the screw-on attatchements are easy to use and don't come lose when in use.The hooks are perfect for both regular and Tunisan work, and the sizes cover a fantastic range of yarn weight. If you're looking for a nice set of general wooden/bamboo hooks, double up the money value and grab these. Even if you don't engage in Tunisian, you might in the future like I have. I highly recommend this set.As someone who plans to use these for travel, my only personal adjustment is adding some press studs onto the pouch that holds the 4 end screws and 2 on the purple strap to make sure nothing gets lost and it's all nicely secure.
