Q: what are the recommendations about applince on countertop with cabinets above?

No issues. Total height is 10". Most cabinets are 18-24". The door lifts up, not swings up. So superior to other toaster ovens. You will not be disappointed, seriously.

Q: Where can this ship to? I've tried 10 addresses scattered across the US and they all pop up saying this item can't ship to that location.

I have the SAME problem. I tried over 15 addresses in 6 states. Amazon CS has been useless and refuse to even acknowledge the issue. I spent over 3 hours trying to explain this to them..... The good news is that WALMART has the same oven for the same price and WILL ship it too!!

Basically 12"wide x 12"deep x 7" high. I really don't think you can find a better toaster/air fryer for the money. I really like it!

According to the info for the roll top door air crisp countertop oven, Product Dimensions 10.63"D x 16.81"W x 20"H. HOWEVER, people have reviewed various models of this product, the rollmop door as well as the pull down door oven. They all say Style: Toaster Oven. Thanks, Amazon!
