Works as expected on Cat6a wires
Challenging myself to build some of my own Cat6a cables. What did we ever do before these helpful sleeves? I love how it protects the delicate plastic release clip so that the cables can be easily pulled without worry of snagging them. The size of the opening works great for Cat6a cables, which are much thicker due to the shielding. Anecdote: Remember to put these on the wire BEFORE crimping. I made the mistake of crimping first, only realizing I had forgotten to put this protector on... then having to make the difficult decision to cut and re-terminate the wire, or live without the sleeve.

Not for regular cat 6
Will not fit regular cat 6. Seem nice otherwise. I’ll update when I get some shielded cat6a cable and see I they are a better fit for that wire.

Good choice for larger cable
Bought these after getting ones that were to small to fit my CAT6 23AWG Shielded Riser Cable. These fit the thicker cable very well.
