VERY SKETCHY COMPANY!!!

Received broken. Doesn’t even start. Company tried to help me and informed me to do certain things to it. I followed the instructions to a T and the battery exploded and scooter caught fire. Random guy messaged me on Facebook telling me that the company released some of my personal information to him. Not sure what kind of business they’re running. Be careful! The only way to get a refund is by returning the product but no matter where I look the cost of returning it is over $3,000
