Yes, set it to PS3 mode and it is good to go. PC is my main platform and I use the wheel a ton.

The force feedback is awesome. I've played Project Cars and the feeling behind the wheel is perfectly emulated. The wheel fights back as you experience more speed and acceleration on the track. Awesome game experience, totally recomended.

Yes it does. All Thrustmaster racing wheels come iwith a table clamp that will secure the wheel to a horizontal surface.
