I used it consistently & have lots 2 inches off waistline and thighs/flutes. I recovered from hip replacement at 40 years old. It has been a vital piece to getting my hips, quads, glutes arms, shoulders all back in shape. I do it for 20-30 minutes daily, along with TRX and walking.

Q: How does this compare with the DB method machine?

I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

Q: does it really help tone your gluts and legs?

I am 75 years old and bought this machine to strengthen my knees and legs. My daily chores strengthen my arms, but I noticed that my legs felt shaky when going down stairs. I have used this machine every day for 25 reps, and my legs no longer feel shaky. I have also noticed that I haven't had the occasional stabs of pain in my knees when going downstairs, and my legs already feel stronger.

YES it does! Don't understand the NO responses to this question. I don't go by time on machine. I count reps. I have only had it a week. I do 20 reps 2-3 times a day and my tee shirts are no longer tight across my belly... They flow and move gracefully. I am in my 60's and 💙 this machine!
