These lamps arrived quickly, were well-packaged, and were fun and easy to put together. They are a good size and have a nice natural look to them. There’s no chemical odor, but there is a slight dried grass smell, which I’m sure will dissipate with time (not noticeable unless you put your nose to them…yes, I did that!). If I were to criticize them at all, I would say that they could be a little bit heavier and the cords could be a little bit longer. They work as designed, and look great though, so I’m very happy I would recommend them. All-in-all, you can’t beat this set of two for the price.

These arrived in a small box so I wasn’t sure what to expect. You’ll need to assemble them including the shades. I’ve been very happy with them. They are a nice quality for the price. I’ve had them for 4 months with no issues and I like the texture they add to the room. I haven’t tried the charging ports. We already had charging ports in our tables so we haven’t needed them.

Love these lamps! Easy to assemble and goes great with the other rattan baskets and boho decor! Love that they have a USB for easy phone charging! Shades are great-not a typical stark white but not dark at all either! Loved them so much I bought another set for our bedroom with lots of earth tones!!

I love these lamps (set of two). I gave it 4 stars because the finial (see picture) that holds the lamp shade steady came apart when I was tightening it. I thought I could contact the seller to just send a replacement but that wasn't an option. I finally spoke to a customer service rep at Amazon and she was extremely helpful. The only solution was to process a return due to damage and have a new set of lamps sent. The CSR did all of that for me, and the next day I got the new ones. I simply took out the new finia, made sure it worked, and replaced it with the broken one. A pain to go through but worth it. MAKE SURE THE FINIAL SCREWS ON TO THE HARP FOR EACH LAMP BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE THE THEM.

Was so excited to receive and so initially disappointed in the product. The rattan is nice and the shades assembled easily, but the excess electrical cord at the top made it difficult to fit the bulb & harp holder onto the lamp. The cord would not push down through the top nor could it be pulled from the bottom. I thought I had been sent a faulty product and would have to take the lamps to a repair shop.With a little more patience and determination, I was able to coil up the excess wire enough to allow for the bulb cradle to screw on to the base. Perhaps I wouldn’t have jumped the gun on the disappointed review if that had been explained on the otherwise clear directions.I still haven’t been able to work the phone charger feature, but that’s of minor importance, as these lamps were exactly what I wanted and the price was right.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love these lamps they were easy to assemble they are so beautiful and Rich looking cannot be beat for the price would highly suggest to order and would order from this company again and again and again!

I placed mine on my covered back porch and noticed some mildew forming. I cleaned it off and they sprayed a lacquer over it and that solved the problem. I love the USB convenience at the bottom of the lamp.
