Many customers said they only received a 12-capsule bottle. What’s up with that?

Thank you for your question. We understand the concern. As you will note, those complaints are from over a year ago and were due to errors at Amazon's end. Amazon fulfills our products for us and they kept mistakenly shipping customers 12-count bottles instead of 100-count bottles. (You can also see this fact in the photos the customers posted - they show 12-count bottles.)
We decided to no longer sell the 12-count bottle on Amazon and have all leftover 12-count inventory shipped back to us. Since then there have been no more issues. 
Please do let us know if ever there is an issue with one of our products. We hope this helps assuage your concerns.
