Quality
Great product purchased as additional attachments for a base machine made back in the 60's, parts fit perfectly. Great product.

Review for spaghetti head
This works perfectly. The key is to keep everything floured up. Best spaghetti we've ever had. Forms perfectly round spaghetti (as opposed to the flat pasta cutter that comes with the pasta roller)

Green noodles at a cost I can afford
I love my new pasta machine. It allows me to have all the spinach fettuchine I want without paying $6 a bag at the supermarket. The only problems I had were related to the bracing of the machine on the counter. Because the vise fits on one side only, the machine, which is heavy, tended to tip. I am planning on attaching it to a board heavy enough and long enough to keep it from tipping and to catch the noodles.A couple of tips: 1)The dough should be VERY stiff. It not only lets the machine cut the dough easier but makes the cooked product tastier and better textured. 2) I make enough to freeze or dry. The process requires a lot of flour and is a bit messy. Besides, all that pasta drying on my kitchen table reminds me of the immigrant neighborhood I grew up in.

Imperia pasta machine good asset, vendor even better
Had my doubts of this Imperia pasta machine, although truly believe that some other vendors of these machines are screwing fellow Amazon buyers, meaning selling confusion as well as the item, possibly some selling only have of a solution to others.Pleased very much with quality of Imperia pasta machine, and more satisfied with prompt delivery of product.I suggest vendor list any other accessories for this brandname line so confidence stays with customer. But,heed advice and ensure price remains fair and others shall follow.

Great pasta machine!
I learned to make pasta in Italy using the Imperia. It's a great machine and extremely easy to use. My first two efforts at home turned out perfectly. Just be sure to have your dough the right consistency. I use about 1 1/4c unbleached flour, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. I live in an extremely dry climate so if yours is more humid you may need to add more flour. Highly recommend the Imperia.

The one and only--the original!
My old pasta maker was wonderful, but after 25 years, and a broken crank, it needed to be replaced. We use ours heavily--a big Italian family with lots of homemade ravioli parties! I was loathe to try to replace it but read reviews here and elsewhere and then called my mom-in-law who told me to get this one. She was right! I ordered it last minute and had it shipped to my sister's for Christmas so we could make pasta there for the holidays. I thought I'd be bringing it home, but I'm buying another--my non-Italian brother-in-law got hooked! It came packaged nicely and performed better than any other pasta machine I've seen or used. We love it!

Doesn’t fit the popular Atlas brand.
I took dimensions to be sure it was the right size and the mounting tabs looked to be the same so I ordered it only to find out that the mounting tabs are in the right position, but mounted in reverse so that it won’t fit an atlas machine. Almost seems like it was done on purpose. Quality seems OK. Because I am a machinist I was able to make an appropriate adapter ( 2 hours) to fit my Atlas pasta machine.
