Ingredients appeared to be sound. But my body did not like this product at all. Tried several times to take before bed and each time had the most restless sleep in ages. A constants feeling of jitters or perhaps described as nervousness. Okay ...gave up on night time. Tried to take in the afternoon. Within 30 min. to an hour feeling of jitters very strong and disorienting. This I could not understand since so many reviews praise this product. It did not feel safe for my body. I threw the bottle away.

Did absolutely nothing for me.

I started taking this on Monday night, I took it about 1/2 hour before bed and it helped me fall asleep pretty quickly (compared to my normal) and I stayed asleep all night. I woke up wide awake the next morning and didn't feel groggy or anything like melatonin does to me. It is now Thursday and I have lost 6lbs.!! I was absolutely shocked this morning when I stepped on the scale!!! I already have 2 more bottles in my cart! I am in love!!!!!!!

I took the whole bottle. 30 days, and gained weight. Waste of money. No noticeable sleep help, didn't find any benefit to this product. Worthless
