Firm but comfortable
It's very nice when you're in a recliner. It's not as hot as the U shaped pillows. It's firm but comfortable. Fits well behind your neck and is small enough to tuck away when not in use.

No es ideal para todos
No ha cumplido con mis expectativas. Debo mencionar que debido a un accidente de tránsito que tuve hace varios años, sufrí la unión de dos de mis vertebras, lo cual hace que deba tener siempre una posición correcta, lo cual no es posible y por ende me duela el cuello. Con este producto en principio, aliviaría esos dolores de cuello, como lo hace otro producto que tengo, pero no lo logro. Es un poco incomodo, pequeño y no se ajusta muy bien el cuello. Tal vez por mi dolencia no tenga el resultado que esperaba, pero si es un dolor por fatiga muscular a lo mejor alivie, sin embargo, el tamaño y diseño no creo que sean los correctos.

Recipe for disaster, I would not buy this pillow
Could go either way, but not a fan of this pillow. It's too tall! And two dents. Your head should comfortably sink into a pillow, especially a cervical neck one.I bought a few of different types of cervical neck pillows, and honestly the Menlo Park one blows this one out of the water.The reason why I bought this b e s p i l o w was to get a little bit of extra support behind my neck when I'm taking a nap in a reclining chair, or on a couch. But this particular pillow puts so much strain on the back of my neck, and pushed my chin to my chest. Worst thing ever! I started getting pain down my left arm to my pinky and ring finger. That's not good!I am definitely returning the pillow for sure. Won't buy from this company unless they make a couple changes. If you are the manufacturer of this product, read carefully..The general shape of being a bean is cool. Definitely get the side support.But... it's just way too tall. I'm sure you could shave about 3 in off the bottom, and still have a structurally comfortable cervical neck pillow.Also, the firmness level is way too stiff. There's no give or play. There should be some kind of variable degree of firmness and softness from the outer layer to the inner layer. I just didn't feel that when I laid my neck on it.I'm a big guy, over 300 lb. And it was still pushing my chin to my chest. So imagine a little tiny woman who's 100 lb, and 5 ft tall? Recipe for disaster if you ask me.

Ergonomic pillow perfect for resting on the go
Well made, comfortable. The pillow can slide easily, I use mine mainly for resting in my car. I use the pillow as support with head rest and I have had little issues besides it sliding around. Once the pillow is set I can rest easily and the ergonomic properties are apparent. Would buy again

Perfect fit
The size is perfect!The foam inside is memory foam so it goes back into its original shape seconds afer use.I really like and enjoy this pillow.

Waste of money
Uncomfortable. Too small and as far as I’m concerned, it offers no comfort or relief from neck pain. Extremely disappointed.
