A really lovely chair
I don’t write reviews very often but thought this chair deserved one especially for those like myself who wanted more information in order to make an informed purchase so hopefully this will be of some help to someone.F.Y.I I have been looking at these replica lounge chairs for about 6 months and think I have seen all the popular models and companies online.Firstly, I do think the marketing here could be improved by stating the differences between the Tall upgrade and Tall premium models. Also one of the images provided in the listing shows the top of the chair back being 35.5 inches high which is incorrect, it is 33 inches at least my chair is, and that is with getting the maximum height (when assembling the seat and back there is enough movement to get ~ an additional 1 inch of height).I purchased the Tall Premium model in Palisander and Black (I wish there was a Green option). For context, my order was shipped to a freight forwarder for shipping.Within a few hours of my order I got a response from the company acknowledging my order along with a Fedex tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it seemed to be getting ready to ship (it was for the big box) so I waited for the second tracking number for the smaller box. After about 3 days of waiting for the second tracking number to be sent but not receiving anything, I contacted the company and in a little over 2 hours they responded with 2 tracking numbers the original one and the second one (small box). I checked the new tracking number (small box) and it had already been delivered!Kudos for the company, good service and response. The big box was out for delivery the day before it was scheduled for delivery but was not delivered that day but instead was delivered on the following day, the original stated delivery date.So I have now received the chair and what do I know now that I did not know before? It comes in 2 boxes, the large one about 75 Lbs and the smaller about 25 Lbs.The large box contains the seat, back and ottoman all wrapped in a white foam like paper material, the small box the brackets, stands and hardware. The bolts are all large diameter steel, the chair brackets a thick, heavy steel no cheap sub-standard hardware here. The hardware is all contained in a blister pack and clearly labelled. There is also a large instruction sheet with assembly instructions with the corresponding hardware and steps included. There are a few spares e.g. extra bolts and feet. Now to the chair itself. It looks to me to be real Aniline leather, soft, supple and gorgeous.I do not know enough to state what quality the leather is, most likely not some fancy Italian sourced leather but I would not expect it to be.There is a slight scent which goes away after about 24 hours or maybe less. The two padded cushions on the chair back are removable. The cushions have a flexible plastic shell for lack of a better term with zippers so you could replace the stuffing inside. The cushions attach to the chair with 3 Aluminum clips and the surface of the chair where the cushions attach is veneered just like the back of the chair.I did not remove the seat but it too has a flexible plastic shell and zipper so I would be willing to bet it is the same story as the chair back above. The wood is flawless and beautiful, as is the finish. The chair is absolutely stunning, I cannot find anything to say otherwise. It took me about 25 - 30 minutes to assemble. Everything aligns well and goes together with little effort. The back is a bit heavy so depending on how strong you are, you may or may not need help attaching the seat with the back. This step, joining the seat and back is the most difficult part of assembly and where you may need help. All you need to do is align the holes and loosely insert the bolts and once done, you have some adjustment possible with seat back angle and height. The chair has rubber mounts to attach the surfaces so it has some built in flex so its quite comfy. The stuffing I believe is some kind of foam, not hard nor soft, I guess firm would be the best description and quite supportive. Some nitpicking, I only mention these to give my honest review. To be truthful, they are probably not worth mentioning, they are not obvious, and neither are they an issue but I will put it out here. There were 2 tiny chips of the black paint missing from the ottoman stand, and I mean tiny. If i did not assemble the chair and look for faults I would not have noticed it. I think the chips were caused from the packing of the stands. All the stands, brackets and hardware are in a moulded foam insert in the small box and the chair and ottoman stands are on top of one another and most likely simply rubbed or bounced against each other causing the chips, a piece of wrap like what is used to wrap the chair surfaces between the stands would prevent it.Other nitpick, remember I am looking (really hard) for faults, the ottoman stand is cast aluminum (both stands are) but while the chair stand is perfect the cleaning up of the casting for the ottoman stand could have been a little better, there were 2 little seams which were not sanded completely flat. You have to look for it to see it and even then it might not be noticed. I only noticed it because I was running my hand over the legs of the stand. I figure whoever was sanding that day simply missed getting them completely flat.So what do I really think about this chair? It is a solid, quality, comfortable chair. If I needed another one I would buy it in a heartbeat. On a score of 1 to 10, 10 being highest, a solid 9.5 (nothing is perfect besides you and I).There you have it.

Awesome chair!
Really impressed with the quality and comfort of this chair. My husband and son put it together in about a half hour. Instructions were easy to follow and chair was packed really well. The chair arrived almost a week sooner than originally estimated. Definitely recommend!

Super comfortable, even better customer service.
Assembly was easy if using instructions(45 minutes). Fit and finish are commendable. I’m tall and not small, 6’2” 240 lbs. and enjoying ergonomics of the chair design. I had a concern about the split delivery of the two pieces and customer service was way prompt in responding to my concerns. Btw, it looks great.
