I’ve been following Dave Asprey since his Bulletproof Coffee days, and I was already a fan of his approach to clean, high-performance coffee. For whatever reason these pods would not work on my Keurig coffee maker. I removed the bottom flap as instructed but the lid on my Keurig would literally pop up open after a few seconds. It was a nice product. The coffee (dark roast) tasted great. I cant say I noticed the effects it touts. Love that its mold free (thats a big deal) and impressed the kcups are entirely compostable. The price is a bit steep for 12 cups, like others have previously stated,especially when you drink 2 cups a day.

The coffee tastes decent, and I am super happy that it doesn't have mold in it, as I am very sensitive to mold. However, I still felt a little jittery after drinking it. I wish they made a half-caff or decaf option. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

Coffee is great but the k-cups don’t work very well and make a mess way too often. I had to switch to a different brand. It is a shame.
