I have used this brand for 6 years, and replace it about every 2 years. This new version is improved with several water flow tube attachments that now screw in instead of push in. I still love the sleek and compact design, as well as the portability. It is MUCH better than the giant water piks that use up all of your counter space.

We've had this for something like four years, and it has traveled around the world with us. Not as powerful as our home WaterPics, but definitely does a respectable job. Love that it recharges via USB; a battery charge lasts up to a week.

Well made. Compact. Will be perfect for my future travel plans

I've actually purchased two of the exact same flosser, I was so pleased the first few months of using my own I gifted one. Unfortunately, both of these flossers became useless and would not hold the plastic tips for any length of time when this is even in use at its lowest setting. The plastic tip just shoots off the holder and you'll be left drenched by this pulsating water.The idea and concept is great; it's compact, looks nice and will work- until the 6th month. Then the unit won't hold those tips at all. I've tried holding on to them with my free hand while flossing but it still shoots the tip off, so powerful is the pulse. I wanted this to work correctly, and even tried contacting the manufacturer for replacement tips but was asked in an email to send photos of what was happening (what? Ive clearly told you what the problem was) and when I replied I just wanted to purchase replacement tips, I got the same email asking for photos of "the problem." The address for repair or sending the unit was a Chinese address, and no, I'm not going to send this to them to "repair." It's plastic, it shouldn't be having this problem with BOTH units and there's nothing to send pictures of, I told you what the problem was.I paid around $35 for each one and I have to say this was a waste. It looks great, it works great, for the first few months. But that plastic holder for those tips will break off or lose their grip, rendering this flosser pretty and useless.For the price, I'd take my chances with another one that has better reviews with customer service that doesn't ask for photos "of the problem" and can't sell or doesn't have replacement tips. Frustrating, as it really is compact and worked so well for those first few months.

DOESN'T LAST.This worked for 10 months and then started losing power, recharging doesn't seem to help, I expect it will soon stop working. I bought this in November, 2024., I was so pleased the first few months of using my own I recommended it to a friend, which now I regret.The first tip started leaking after about 4 months..The flosser is compact, has a very nice case and is great for traveling.I paid $26. For the price, I'd take my chances with another one that has better reviews and good customer service, I haven't tried but I see that others have, without results.If you use it occasionally for travel, might be worth it, but I am going to purchase a different one now with consistently good reviews. It is unacceptable that the customer service is basically a joke. Chinese. Whats new.

The setup is easy and quick, I love the fact that it’s light weight and the size is small enough to fit in my purse. There is no noise other than the water coming out, being able to change the stetting for the strength of the tool is great, last but not least, the different attachments makes it easy to get in those hard to reach places.
