Oh this grounding sheet is amazing , it,s doing wonders , was kind of skeptical of it but I can attest to it that it does work , no more waking up with body aches stiff joints and pain , no more waking up and feeling drowsy and tired , slept the night through without waking up to use the toilet . Ive done so much research and I had to have one of these! I chose this grounding sheet due to the 10% silver fiber content, the color because it can be used with any of my bedding, the material and the budget friendly price. I was worried the material would make me itchy, but it's actually just as soft as my jersey fitted sheet and I cant even tell I'm laying on it. Set up was easy. It came with the pen tester that lit right up on both connectors and anywhere I ran it across the sheet. I snapped the cord onto the sheet and plugged it right in my wall behind my bed and done. Took less than 5 minutes. My first time using it, I laid on the entire thing lengthwise and I could literally feel it. Was kind of a weird feeling, but not uncomfortable or anything. But it let me know it was working. I will say ever since I started using this grounding sheet, I have been sleeping better and I feel like my neck pain has decreased some as well. The size is nice, although I have a king size bed and it has a Topper on it so it doesn't reach both sides to be able to tuck in under the bed so it does move around a bit but it lasts all night and I just straighten it back out when I make my bed in the morning. I never unplug it. No need. Overall, after all the products and reviews I looked at while trying to decide which one to buy, I'm happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to seeing how the grounding sheet helps me in the long term.

I had seen a few articles about grounding and although it peaked my interest, I was still very skeptical. I did some research and decided to give this a try, since I have been having some trouble falling and staying asleep as well as experiencing some neuropathy type pain in my legs and feet. This sheet is not the least expensive, but also not the most expensive of the grounding sheets I researched. The size is more than ample enough to go across my king size bed and tuck in on either side. The cord is plenty long to reach from the bed to the nearest outlet as well. The sheet comes with a tester that easily lit up once the sheet was plugged into the grounding outlet. So after the first night I found I didn’t wake up nearly as many times as I had been! After using it nightly for the last three weeks, I can honestly say that it has made a considerable difference in my sleep as well as relieving the pain I’ve had in my feet and legs! I don’t know how or why it works, all I know is that it’s made a believer out of me! Even my older dogs gravitate to lying on it, so they must know something! I’m planning on getting another one for the bed in my camper and possibly even a small mat that I can keep my feet on while watching tv etc. Highly recommend this sheet for an economical alternative to try grounding for yourself.
