I was hesitant on whether or not the shots would work when I first ordered them, but I am impressed! The liquid tastes like pineapple, but isn't very sweet- Very easy to sip.I've been using the shots to help me sleep through the night and calm my anxiety. Honestly? I have never slept better. As far as for anxiety, I physically feel myself relaxing in a matter of minutes with mild drowsiness.You get a fair amount of calm shots, in little, glass bottles for the price. The price may seem steep until you take into account the effectiveness. I definitely recommend them!

These calm shots have really helped to reduce my stress levels. Within an hour of taking it I start to feel calmer. It doesn’t cause drowsiness and just helps me feel relaxed and focused. Not feeling stressed has also helped to regulate my mood and emotional balance. I love that each serving comes in an individual bottle and it tastes really good. This is a wonderful product!

First of all, I love the packaging. It came in a well sealed box with an insert describing exactly what the ingredients were and how to use it. Each shot is individually filled so you don't have to do any measuring, and the bottles are really heavy duty! The drink itself has a nice fruity taste - I mean, I wouldn't sip it for fun but it was totally fine to go ahead and drink on its own. I found that within a few hours I felt relaxed and calm. I chose to use it in the evening so that if it made me sleepy I could just go to bed, and I found that was a good call. Overall I really liked using this, and found it to be a valuable part of my pre-bedtime wellness routine.

A+ for packaging! Really well done and sturdy. The taste is fine, great even. Shots are small enough that you don’t have to actually drink them. Makes me feel calm, a little sleepy but still functional. Haven’t noticed anything with better focus. Going to keep taking, just not when I want to be alllll the way awake.
