Great product, took a week or so to notice healthier looking skin, no taste and well shaped capsule for swallowing (tapered at each end). Good price, I'd recommend them, especially if you're starting to get wrinkles!! ; )

Didn’t see any difference and I broke out but wasn’t swallow and maybe they may work for others just not for me
