this is the best mouthwash I've used. I completely give it credit for reversing my teeth sensitivity. I used to not even be able to brush my teeth with cold water without sensitivity. I've been using it for almost a year almost and my teeth are barely sensitive now

As someone who has lived with the sharp tooth sensitivity, I am a looking for a gentle mouthwash for my sensitive teeth. My dentist recommend this mouth wash to me. So I decided to give a try. I have been consistently using it twice a day. And I am able to see the relief. After just a few uses, I noticed that my teeth felt less reactive to cold, heat, and even sweets. I like its ingredient potassium oxalate which is used for sensitive teeth. The mint flavor is refreshingly mild. The taste is not the best one I have, but I can take it. It’s well worth it for the comfort it brings.I will continue use it day and night and from now on I can enjoy my favorite treats and ice cream again without wincing. I highly recommend this mouthwash which has sensitive teeth as me.

I was not confident that this would work, like at all. But I have sensitive teeth because of grinding and this stuff worked for me after the first day. I’ve done nothing differently and the sensitivity is gone. I’m hoping it continues. Only drawback is the taste and aftertaste for me is awful. But it’s worth it.

Still not 100% pain-free, but way more manageable. If you’re expecting overnight results, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re willing to stick with it, it really helps. I’ve worked it into my daily routine and honestly won’t go back to just relying on toothpaste alone. And yes—ice cream is finally back in my life.
