Hi love this product so much. I have bought it more than a couple times because I travel with it and I’ll leave them in hotel rooms and I use it every day so I can’t go without it. I learned how to use the ball and physical therapy so I use it whenever I need it and it works perfectly. great quality for money and easy to use. Multi- use purchase. It is extremely durable. Even with every day use, this product is almost impossible to destroy. This is a must have purchase.Standing up all day, walking whatever if your feet hurt you need this product! Helps prevent plantar fasciitis.

Using it instead of soup can for planter fasciitis. Works fine - able to more precisely target different areas on the foot.

Small and light. I have small feet (6.5 womans) so it worked out. Almost feels like a foam foot roller. I wanted to try it because of the structure and the small hump in the middle is a great addition. The dots are not painful. Helps with my plantar fasciitis pain.

I would give this product 4 stars, even 5 because it works amazingly. However, they need to look into quality control a little bit. That said, here is the context.EXTREAMLY EFFECTIVE!!! And they are actually more comfortable to use than my old one.I own another version of this product form another brand, I loved it from day one. However, I used it in the tub and the heat caused it to deform. Still works, just not complete round anymore. So, I ordered 2 of this product at the same time. My thoughts were, if one is that amazing, what if I had two that I can use at the same time? I was absolutly right. But here is the problem....One of the two that I ordered is like, noisy, lol. It squeaks. While this is not a deal breaker, it is absolutely annoying, lol.Otherwise, this product is great as long as you don't get a noisy one. And even then, it still works perfectly.Valuse wise, this is a steal well below 10 bucks per unit. Perfect for gifts.Please note that the other one is as silent as it can be. It is perfect. Only one is noisy, but it still functions perfectly.I would absolutely recommend such a product. It the bit of noise is not a problem for you, you can look at this as having more stars for sure.In conclusion, for what it is, it is a good product as far as I can tell. They just need to tighten up on the quality control to make sure they are all as similar as can be. There is no reason for 2 to have been shipped together and have different levels of quality, lol. Even though it is minimum, still a little weird.

It feels ok to use, but it is not a quick cure for plantar fasciitis. I actually froze a water bottle and the ice works better so I rarely use this. Luckily, it was an acute problem and it is already improving. It works, but if it had more weight I might find it easier to position.

Works perfectly! I have wide feet and have plenty of room on the sides. Depending on how you position your foot you can use either the left or right side of roller to massage inner and outer edges of feet. Very sturdy too! You won’t regret buying this roller.
