Q: Could this be used to backsweeten wine? I have 6 gallons of cranberry orange spiced with cinnamon and cloves and need to sweeten before bottling.

I think it would be perfect. I would suggest you take a small amount and add the Torani and test it. It’s also very good in oatmeal!

I think that you can taste more of the Brown Sugar than the Cinnamon.
