This is just what I needed.

This product works! My mom takes it to keep her blood sugar count low! It makes her feel good.

I absolutely loved this product. I could tell a distinct difference in my energy level and appetite after the very first dose. I felt so much better. It did give me slight heartburn within the first few days but nothing bad. Heartburn isn’t usually a problem for me, but after about 7 or 8 days of taking this I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst heartburn/acid reflux you can imagine. It felt like there was a fire in my belly that ran up my esophagus, burned my throat, made my ears and nose burn. It was horrible. I’m going to try and take one a day instead and see what happens because I really love this product. I’m hoping for the best because but if that doesn’t work it’s time to move on to something different.

Not sure if it helped me but it gave me severe heart burn about 10 mins after I took it tat would last about an hour.

Very happy with the results of this product. Like others, I had a little heartburn, so I switched it up and now take my multi vitamin & this supplement at night with a full glass of water. Fixed my problem. Plus I read that taking your vitamins/supplements at night before going to bed helps keep them in your system longer & absorption maximized

Did not cause heartburn like some supplements!
