Got this for our chickens after much research and it has been a success. It has been helping our chickens breathe better and stop that whizzing, sneezing etc noise. Will definitely buy more and recommend.

This product worked well for my roosters. I followed self-explanatory directions that were easy. It took care of the sneezing that my roosters were experiencing. The delivery was 2 days, which was great. The price did not break the bank. I would recommend this product, and it's good to have on hand for the winter months.

I purchased Flock Shield on March 28, 2025, after losing one of my 3-year-old Orpington hens to sudden respiratory distress. My sweet Lavender Orpington (Smokey) began displaying similar symptoms—lethargy, nasal discharge, sneezing, and labored breathing—so I acted quickly.Following the instructions, I separated my sick feather baby from the rest of the flock and used the product in three ways: I added a few drops to her water, applied a small amount around her nostrils, and lightly sprayed her perch. I also provided syringe-fed water, vitamins, and monitored her closely.Within 24 hours, her condition noticeably improved. The symptoms reduced significantly on the first day, and she returned to her normal self 2 days later.The product is compact and easy to store, with a secure bottle design, and a spray nozzle. It appears to be formulated for quick absorption and support, and based on this experience, it functions effectively as a supportive respiratory aid.Durability-wise, a small amount goes a long way which is great value for the money, so the bottle should last through multiple treatments as needed. The media could not be loaded. Its been about 1 month that i start to give my chikens this and it works perfect when they star to get sick it was like alot know when one start i just give some and it get better the other dont get sick

This seems to work at least somewhat. I’ve used it on a few of my chickens and it’s worked better on some than others. I had one who had a bit of congestion, after giving him this orally for a few days he was completely better. Other chickens it’s not worked as well on. I do love that this comes with a dropper and a sprayer to make it easier to apply under the wings. It seems to work about the same as vetrx but I personally find the packaging much better.

It causes wry neck in my celadon quails, one of my 3 month old rooster died because of it, it made his condition worse and he never healed from his injury. When I just did the the poultry multi vitamins, probiotics and electrolytes before I bought this product my other rooster had a similar injury and he healed quick and had full recovery. My rooster that died was the first quail I had hatch from a egg so he meant a lot to me. I'm really upset for I don't know if I have any chicks from him for I have multiple roosters. If it's not sold in a feed store and is a guarantee product I would not trust the product. There are many other affordable poultry supplements that work better than this product.
