I have been using this but not effective I even applied 2 patches still not working for me maybe if you are over active it doesn't work.it claim 8 hours i hardly sleep for 2-3 hours as usual.Not a good buy for me, but don't stop yourself form buying it ,try it might work on you.

I have trouble sleeping continuously for 8 hours. I wake up at least four times every night and am exhausted. I bought these sleep patches hoping to find relaxing and rejuvenating sleep. I have used them for two nights, but there was NO EFFECT AT ALL. I shall continue to use them every night to see if there is any significant effect that could allow me to sleep deep, at least for 5 to 6 hours, if not 8. I will write another review after using a few more patches.

The first night I thought these were not going to do a thing for me but by the third night I have been sleeping like I haven't in years. Maybe it's a mindset but it works for me. I would highly recommend as I would prefer using these than taking a pill every night which I did for years.. These do not have any kind of a morning hangover effect, and I feel great right out of bed. I've settled on wearing them on the inside of my arm above the wrist after trying a few different places. They are fabric and secure when on but easy to remove. Also, the lavender scent is superb 💤
