Horrible, synthetic sweet taste. Unnecessary addition of multiple ingredients - requirement is for electrolytes only. Needs to be reformulated. LMNT electrolytes are much better with a clean ingredient list.

This hydration sachet has become my go to drink after my morning jog. It mixes very easily.It works wonders,keeps me fresh and energized through out the day with no crash down.

There is no apparent benefit. At almost 90 rupee daily I don't know what benefit the vendor is promising for me it's a waste of time and money.Too many similar things on line. Confusing to understand True benefits.y opinion is to avoid.

Ordered the Lemon Raspberry flavour and it is the right one for me. It is light, and also not very sweet. I’ve been using it post-workout and on busy days, and it really helps with hydration and energy levels. Love that it’s also packed with beetroot extract:)
