Dropship is exactly that, don't expect help or notification of it's arrival, it won't fit through a conventional doorway. You'll need a high ceiling. Don't even think about taking it up stairs 🤣. Okay the great part it super sturdy, easy to use and it will kick your butt if that's what you want, it's the real deal.

Just received today:Things I like:1. This fits 8ft ceilings and I am 5”2 and can clear on the top step. That was one of the main reasons I chose this particular stair master.2. Sturdy machine. It’s HEAVY and sturdy.3. Price. Most are over $2,500 and with taxes I believe this came to $1,600.4. The shipment was a little bit but the shipping date was accurate. It took 14 days as I ordered it on 3/31/25.5. There aren’t many pieces and putting it together was easy says my husband lol Only have to put on the rails, foot steps and the control panel.6. The cord to plug it in isn’t very long so we used an extension cord. No big deal though.7. Easy on/off switch in the front bottom part.Things I don’t like:1. It’s HEAVY and awkward to get in your house. My husband and father in law brought it in and wound up using straps to pull it up our front 5 stairs in our entrance way. Not too sure how others are getting this upstairs but that’s the way they did it. The machine is I believe around 400lbs.2.

Easy to Assemble and works great

Delivered and left outside in driveway. Very heavy and unable to get in house. Never notified it was coming and didn't ring doorbell I was home.

Not the nicest but not the worst, gets the job done.I’ll do 30 minutes and it will say I’ve only burned 27 calories though and that’s clearly not true.The heart rate tracker said I was at 237.. also clearly not true.The machine has marks on it, like it’s used.But the stairs work and I just need a workout.
