Great Phone. I upgraded from a Samsung S10. The phone was very clean and came with a charger and cable. The previous owner must have returned the phone because the finger print reader under the glass wasn't working. They had installed some privacy film which interfered with the finger print reader. Problem resolved, just peel that film off. I had no problem slipping in my old Verizon SIM card.

Both phones came in good condition. All features worked as expected and items are sold at good price.Shipping took a little longer than usual, but understandable due to current weather conditions. Very happy with phones!

I received the phone dented and scratches on the edges. I had a problem connecting to the network. And had a problem getting the address to send the phone back. I have not received a refund yet.

I've only been using this for a couple of days, but so far so good. Was a bit nervous when I turned it on and it had a Verizon logo, and a typed note about it being a Verizon phone in the box but should work on any network. I went ahead asked my carrier (Cricket) to put a SIM card in and the phone said Cricket at the top. (She was very hesitant that it would work but tried anyway for me.) The rep had to try a couple of different ways to register my number, initially getting an error that it was already registered to someone else's number. But thankfully the rep was able to get it switched to my number. Other than a few Verizon apps I can't get rid of, it's been working great so far. Great condition, no scratches.

It's screen is huge and camera is amazing. Battery last forever and has turbo charger that comes with it great price

I got my galaxy24 fe, for about 400 , renewed, came just about perfect works great. Would definitely do it again great way to get a top tier phone without breaking the bank. No issues with my mint mobil sim card transfer either.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, and while the phone functions well overall, the physical condition left me feeling disappointed. The back glass is cracked, and there are deep scratches on the device. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality in terms of its appearance.It’s frustrating because, aside from the cosmetic issues, the phone seems to work fine. However, it’s hard to fully appreciate the performance when the condition feels far below expectations. If you’re paying a premium, even for a refurbished item, you should get something that looks and feels closer to new.
