Update 2/14/25: After over a month of use all features; display, battery, connectivity, and 4G LTE aspect are all performing incredibly. An outstanding unit !!!👍This review should be incredibly long due to the fact that the unit is outstanding in performance and ease of use and has so many excellent features, but I will try to keep it short and informative.First and foremost the processor can handle heavy tasks as it will not lag or freeze with several apps open. It loads quickly and response is brisk. Apps as well as pages load promptly and can be accessed immediately when switching between individual apps. Start up is relatively quick. The unit really is outstanding.The display also is outstanding, though it is not listed as 2k the utilization of "in cell" application renders a crisp, vibrant and clear picture. I have tested it with several streaming applications such as Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. All respond above average as images are incredibly detailed. I streamed "Lost" to test pixel depth and was blown away with the colors and detail (I could see every wisker and drop of sweat on Hurley's face lol). Also this particular unit has a very wide range in regards to brightness levels. It's truly amazing, indoors the percentage level is more than adequate at 25% and outside 50/60% can be seen with ease. I tested this on a very sunny morning/midday and could view the display from different angles very easily. Yes I don't think you'll be disappointed watching programs or games though I can not attest to the gaming aspect because I'm not a gamer.Connectivity is also another A+ for this unit. WiFi seems to be strong though I've yet to test how far away from my router it will hold. BUT it does have sim capability ! Yes 4G VoLTE !!! It recognized my T-Mobile sim immediately and when traveling the signal was strong, clear and didn't drop off at least any of the time I was out. I had YouTube playing and the signal held. Also phone calls were clear as a bell. I do believe Bluetooth is just as impressive as others.Now the battery. So far it has performed great. A charge does last days even with heavy use. And will hold a charge for several days if in stand-by or sleep mode. And though it's not listed as a "Fast Charging" unit the process is relatively quick. From a 28% reading to 100% took about 90 minutes. I myself would call that "fast charging".Yes the package this seller put together is outstanding. In addition to the tablet itself you'll also receive several other items to compliment the unit. Such items include a case of sufficient quality also charging brick with cord and USB C converter, stylus, mouse,bluetooth dongle and keyboard!I feel that this unit is highly recommendable. Price comparison dollar for dollar to other units with these specifications the choice is easy. Especially with the offer at this time. 👍Also the seller is very attentive to any concerns you may have 👌. As I mentioned my package was delivered by USPS and received quite a bit of damage which left me questioning operation of the unit. When I contacted the company the rep assured me that if it was needed refund/replacement would not be a problem. Also I was informed that the unit has a "1 year warranty" and would be honored if needed.All in all a great experience !!! I recommend it !!!

I bought this a few days ago to use on my Cricket cellular plan. I got it to replace a blu tablet that died I used on my Cricket plan. It tells me to go ahead and put in my sim card for cellular service so I did and then it would not connect to Cricket, so I went to Cricket.com to check the imei compatibility, and it was not compatible. So even though it says it is unlocked, it does not connect to every cell service. Amazon was very good about the refund and It is pending at this moment, so I will give a 5 star for ease of return. As for unlocked It isn't really unlocked, anything that will work on AT&T will work on Cricket.

So far this tablet has been an excellent value for the money spent!I primarily use it to browse the Internet, check emails, shop online via Amazon, etc.It has been responsive, and works great. No bloatware (unnecessary add-on software) and all updates on the google play store install without any problems, at all.The included accessories are a wonderful plus, and very useful, compared to using without. You get a basic folding cover/case, USB-C cable and charger, a basic mouse with a USB-C dongle to connect the receiver, a simple stylus, and wireless (Bluetooth) keyboard.You won't find another tablet with all this, very easily, with these hardware specs, for as good a price.I have been very pleased with my purchase, and highly recommend it for anyone who wants a lightweight, easy to use tablet, for a very reasonable price.

I'm very happy to have purchased this tablet it works like a breeze. So far have not experienced any major lag and have been able to configure the tablet and use as normal. Included in the tablet package is mouse keyboard stylus pen charging block and protective cover it's a great deal ! The sound quality and screen quality is awesome. I would just like to know how to keep the screen from locking or you having to unlock it with a pin every time.

Great tablet for work or child to play on. Great features for child's. Screen is great. Battery holds Great. Used it for 3hrs and it hardly touched the battery. Love the keyboard that comes with it makes it a quick change from handheld to laptop. Has great visual and sounds. A must have for office on the go. Set up was quick and easy.

I got this to take with us so we would each have something to watch movies on. I had my Samsung tablet. Comparing the two I have to admit was easy. Both are pretty fast and both perform well. Big difference is this one can be a phone and you can use your phone data. Another is that it has a expandable to a tb. Speed with the sixteen gig of ram, you won't regret this one

I would give it a 0 if I could. It is unforgivably slow and loaded with trash apps that you cannot remove. Even though it supposedly had an option to remove my personal data after I entered it, I had to do a factory reboot just to get it to delete anything without “admin” locking me out! In 2025 there is no excuse for it to be so slow and unresponsive. None of the “accessories” (keyboard, mouse, etc) work and the stylus is built so small that only a small child could comfortably use it. A horrible product that I can’t return or get a refund for because my disability limits my ability to travel to the designated drop-off store (Staples). Why can I not hand it to the mailman? Why can I not just get a refund?

I make beats and sometimes I want to make beats on the go. The problem is most devices don't have the plug in headphone port and making music with Bluetooth headphones is impossible due to the lag- this has the option to plug in headphones!! I received it today and my expectations were pretty low- I was pleasantly surprised and it actually exceeded my expectations. Its such a great little device!! I have my apps loaded on here, Netflix, and Koala for making beats. I love that I can load up an SD card and expand its storage. This truly is so far one of my best purchases on Amazon in a long time!!
