Melissa & Doug Flip to Win Travel Memory Game - Wooden Game Board, 7 Double-Sided Cards

My 4 year old loves this game. We play as a family and he also sits and plays it independently. There are several cards to choose from which are different themes (numbers, colours, vehicles, farm, zoo, fruit) and the cards slot in the top of the board. Each are double sided so it’s not easy to memorise where each picture is on the board once you’ve played it a few times. The reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because I don’t feel it’s really ideal for travel. It’s made from wood which I should have expected as it’s Melissa and Doug but I honestly thought this was made from hard plastic. It’s also quite chunky and heavy. It’s good for the car and at home but I originally bought to take on holidays and out and about with us as a distraction toy, unfortunately it’s too bulky and heavy for that.

Really good memory game, nice and compact so could take in car or on travels, a little expensive though for what it actually is, but Melissa and Doug items are good quality so I can over look this.
