I saw a video years ago where someone was washing their face and was wearing these to stop the water running down their arms, which I absolutely hate! Thought it was a great idea, so ordered a couple of sets and never looked back :)These are great - they fit well, aren't too tight, and don't seem to ever shrink in the washer or dryer. Very handy! And I recommend others use them the same way as me, it's very helpful :)

This pack of 4 sweat bands comes vacuum packed and you will need to do a little reshaping after first cutting open the plastic bag. The sweat bands have a comfortable soft feel to them and will fit thick and thin wrists due to a nice amount of stretch, this is just what I would expect from (organic) cotton and elastane which are the materials used according to the Amazon description. No washing instructions are provided but I would assume a low-temp machine cycle followed by air drying would be fine for a cotton product.
