I bought this pillow since I am currently congested from a cold and sleeping on my back does not help. So glad this pillow exists, perfectly designed for sleeping face down (and even on my side). The curve at the bottom to allow airflow is a good feature. It still gets warm from my breath but not as bad as with a regular pillow. I also love how compact it is because I can position my arms right beside my head. Firmness is also perfect for me? I feel like my head and neck is adequately supported. The fabric is not irritating to my face which is a plus. But I do hope there was an option for silk fabric.

For me the pillow was too high and too firm. I had to be facedown following eye surgery and was using this on a massage table. I found it uncomfortable because of the way it fit me. It even made my jaws hurt. Maybe my head was too small for it!
