Couldn’t figure out why I had such bad stomach aches until I showed the ingredients to my doctor. Might work for some people, not for me. I had no energy, I was very fatigued, and then the gastric issues were just over the top. And then add the unexplained weight gain…probably related to the fatigue. Took about a week to get back to only needing 7-8 hours of sleep per night and energy to exercise.St.John’s Wort is specifically used as a sleep aid. I don’t have a problem sleeping…maybe removing that ingredient (for me) would be helpful.
