I have been a faithful user of this product for 2 years now and I do not miss a day. I lost a lot of hair after my pregnancies and thyroid cancer and I struggled to find something that helped that either didn't make me feel nauseous all the time or have a bad taste. Not only do these taste amazing and smell so yummy but my hair growth has been phenomenal! All my thinning areas have filled in. These cute little pink gummies have been a game changer for me and they are easy on my tummy, I just take them after I eat dinner. I will continue to use this product as long as it is available! Side note: my nails grow like crazy too!

I take these every day. I have noticed a huge difference in my nails after taking these vitamins. They were paper thin before and now they growing out thicker. I have not noticed a marked difference in my hair, which is thinning due to age. I consider them a good value for the money. And they taste really good too, so I don’t mind eating them. I keep them sitting by my sofa so that every day I take them without fail. I would recommend these if you need your nails stronger and overall better quality

Besstttttttt yummy I find myself having more than 2 for the day and I can also see changes in how fast my hair is growing I think buying the one with 200 in it is better than purchasing the smaller one tho

Probably too early to say its full effectiveness, but I've been taking one of these per day for about a month, and I do think it has boosted my nail growth and strength. My hair looks a little longer as well, but difficult to say. I'm hoping for improved strength and fullness. We shall see. Mostly, I'm reviewing now because I think the taste and texture of these are so much better than others on the market. So many gummies I've tried are just awful tasting, and these are very tolerable. It is A LOT of biotin per 2 gummy serving. So I take just 1. Amazon was running a sale on these when I purchased, and if you can find a similar deal, it's a decent value.

This is really tasty. Be mindful of getting the vegan version that one is not as soft and chewy as the original but overall it works really well. I can see the results immediately in my nail growth after a couple of days.
