Your best bet is regular unscented A&D
We've used regular A&D for every diaper change with two children. It is truly a miracle in preventing diaper rashes. I thought we'd try this "overnight healing," type and haven't been as satisfied with it. It smells a million times better, but we've seen a small rash for the first time in 10 months with our youngest baby. It doesn't seem to do as good a job, so we will for sure go back to the regular smelly A&D.
