I have encountered horrific mental tourcher with this product. It gets non functional during warranty period. I called customer care and they booked appointment of technician. But none came nor called to us. After one week, upon enquiring from Customer care about my request/complaint they said that as per update of cervice centre you have been cancelled your request. I denied then they raised fresh service request.Thereafter one person from service centre visited to see product/to diagnose the problem. After inspecting the product he told that heating aliments and other parts will be replaced. It will take around 10 days to get rewuird parts from the compsny for replacement.It is utmost surprise that after regular followp each time they say that parts have not been received from company. It is almost about more than one months but still parts not received by service centre and they are also not able to give a timeline to resolve the issue.It is out of imagination that service centre is not having parts of products for repairing. The innteresting thing is that each time customer care member tells that he is esclating this matter to higher team.My view is that one should be careful to waste their money on Hindware electric products.

Dear All pls don't buy hindware water heater we buy tla water heater last year know the elements not working & company said it will take 20 days to change the element after 20 days winter will over & warranty also over will never suggest to buy

After a week of use it has no complain till. Its ring light is attractive with the style of body. No lickage. Heating water within 15 min. Very difficult to install because the pack does not contain MFV, Manual, extention pipe and even the mounting kit which are not available in local market. So the saler must provide at least the kit and MFV so that the product can be installed and used easily.

Very Good quality reviewing after 3 yrs

The product(15L) is okay for a bachelor and not a family(even if you are just 2 in number), heating efficiency is just okay and not superb, after sales product support is not good.the geyser will make you wait for the next shower just like a regular geyser though features look good on books. Whole in whole, an average product from a high rated company.
