The media could not be loaded. This is my favorite purchase ever! This was my mother's day gift from my family, I've wanted to get into lapidary for years and for my first machine I have to say I'm over the moon with it. I'm just starting out but I can still get a perfect smooth finish and a high shine! The water drip did have alittle issues at the very start where it needed alittle help to pull the water through but it was only for the first time I used it. I've had no other issues, this is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to get into lapidary Or anyone who's just looking for somthing more compact and easier to move around. I'd give it over 5 stars if I could!!!

This has allowed me to do coldworking that I thought would only be possible with a much more expensive flat-lap machine. The disks seem to be of good quality. I've just started using it, so I can't attest to durability, but it seems to be pretty sturdy and stable. The splash guard contains the water well and is great for small pieces like jewelry or suncatchers. But here's a hint: Remove the splash guard to allow for bigger pieces to fit. Water will spray if you do this, so wear the included apron and protect your surrounding area.

Easy to set up. Works well. Polishing pad was missing. I contacted seller and within 3 days had missing item.
