Great garage upgrade

These lights were very bright and give that nice clean sunlight type of light. Putting them together was a bit of a pain, but the actual results were perfect.

Key points to decide if this is right for you.-it’s very bright-the color is stark and not warmIf you can’t tolerate either of those 2 aspects then DO NOT order this. I had a bit of regret when I got it all plugged in. It was jarringly bright but I ended up getting used to it and it’s good for me.-you don’t get extra pieces and there’s no way to order more (at least not on Amazon). Perhaps you could reach out to the seller directly and get more. This will limit you to the designs you can make.If you don’t have any help (I did the whole ceiling by myself) I’d recommend getting some command strips or making a temporary brace that you can wedge underneath it. I personally just sacrificed a few command strips to help me with the setup. Once I got the first run down it was a lot easier and I just went piece to piece.Hope that helps, pretty cool setup. Let me fill in the details. You get 19 lights and interconnects. The instructions state to use 18 and you have one spare.Each light segment is 15 watts of power.connecting the lights together requires junction blocks (provided). You get 13 straight, 6 90° bends, and 5 T-junctions.Each of these junctions has a tab so you can screw it into the ceiling. You attach the junctions to the ceiling and the lights just fit between. Being lightweight, it works.You do not have to make the rings as shown. Any shapes you can make with the straights and bends. They do say to limit to 36 segments on a single power source. So you could get multiple kits and put them together.You get 4 power cords, two each with plugs and two each with cut wires for hard wiring.The wiring plugs into the connector like one of the light segments would. This is why you would need a T junction to make the rings, one of the junctions needs to have the extra leg to plug in the wiring.I don't see color temp listed, but it is in the cool white area, looks like about 5000k.Hint for layout. Lay it out on the ground first. Figure how you really want the lights to be. Especially true if you are making your own light shapes out of it. Once you are sure you like it, transfer to the ceiling. I ended up just running 2 long strips of 9 segments down the side of the RV garage to supplement the center mounted existing lights. Had to use some T-pieces as straight splices. Thus the layout to figure how to make it happen before you are working overhead.
