These are very good for those of us that suffer from bad stomachs on a regular basis. One or two of these quite often sorts out the problem without resorting to Rennie or Settlers or the like. Good price for an all natural remedy.

I have sworn by turmeric capsules for a few years now, the reduction in colds and flu i have seen cant be coincidence. So i was very pleased to have found a combination capsule to include ginger. The capsules are well packaged and normal size. Easy to swallow with water, i take these with my morning medication. Be certain to drink plenty of fluids, if you do not you can feel the ginger as it dissolves on the way down which can feel a little warm. I am very pleased with the item and will continue to purchase regularly.

I have been taking Turmeric for some time for relief when it comes to joint aches and pains, so I personally know the value of this supplement, So, having both Ginger and Turmeric combined is hopefully a more concentrated and stronger solution.These tabs do have a strong scent, but you don't notice it when taking them and there's only a slight noticeable aftertaste of ginger afterwards.The only thing I will highlight though is that the recommend dose is two tabs taken twice daily. I'm not overly sure how well that will work for me to remember, especially when taking other supplements.This also means that for a bottle of 100, you're looking at a 25 day supply, so just under a month. However, these are priced incredibly low, so it may simply be a case of doubling up when you order.Overall, I like the combination, the tabs are easy to take, and there's plentiful information included on the bottle label.So, happy to recommend.

The health benefits of turmeric are well known and I have been using turmeric supplements for a long time and it is something that I looked closely into when I first started using them. So I have some reasonable knowledge on the subject.You get a bottle of 100 capsules. These have a modest dosage of 620 mg with the recommended dosage of 4 tablets each day , so potentially this jar will last me 25 days. My usual ones are 1300mg (so 1 per day)The capsules are the standard size. They were easy to swallow and they went down ok. I have had no adverse effects.They have a decent ‘Best before’ date of 09/2026. So I can stock pile them for future use.In summary.These are pricier than I would normally pay for 25 days supply ( £7.99 at the time of the review).Just an Ok dosage and may contain ginger but too expensive for me to consume 4 each day.
