I have been taking these now for a little over two or three months and they have been great. I love that they are Gummies for those of us that maybe could not handle the smell or the taste of shilajit. The Amazon delivery driver left my package in my trash can rather than my front porch or actual package box. The day was sunny. There was no reason not to put it on my front porch. I’m just glad it wasn’t garbage pickup day.
