There are several other ingredients including L-arginine and extracts of pomegranate, cinnamon, fenugreek, and cumin. It also has nonivamide which is a capsaicinoid. I didn't have any trouble taking these capsules, and there is no bad taste like with shilajit resin. I couldn't really say I noticed any strong effects other than perhaps a bit more endurance. Worth trying, but at the current price, I can't say these are very cost effective.
