Good replacement for my old Samsung

It's slim and easy to use.

I generally favour Samsung products for their reliability and this, hopefully, will also be true for this phone - I've not had it for long. However, my order was for a phone + case + (approved) 25w rapid charge adapter. The package arrived in good time, but with a loose (no external packaging) 20w charge adapter that did not work! After returning the faulty item, it then took a further two weeks before I received another adapter, which was also faulty and from the same product manufacturer as the original item, but this time with external packaging. After complaining for a third time the supplier sent me an unbranded, 45w fast charge adapter, which is working for now.So now, after a month of hassle, I now have my completed order, although with stars lost due to distributor.

Wanted another Samsung handset. I don't really get on with phones if not a Samsung. Definitely hasn't got the storage my Galaxy Note 10 had but it's OK. I've got one or two issues with this one. Firstly the screen seems to start "flickering" at times and appears "hyper sensitive" to touch at times - the other issue is the phone seems rather slow. I guess it is the device because I'm using the same provider/same wifi as I did with my previous phone. The device came unlocked as advertised and all in all it's an OK phone and most importantly it's a Samsung.
