After reading all the articles about loose grill cleaning bristles getting into food, I threw away my old bristle cleaning tools and bought this one. There are a total of 5 cleaning pad with this so it should last a long time. I do use a plastic bowl with ice water to clean the grill after use. A hot grill works better for this tool than a cold one from experience. The only thing it does not do well is clean the groves between the grill rods and I have another tool that I use for this.

We grill often and have always had trouble cleaning our grill off after large cookouts. This solved that problem in the first use. Very effective, took all grime off at first use. The pads are durable and we are still using the first one from the package (bought originally as Xmas gift). Definitely worth the money and equal competition with several large name brands selling the same product. Will be buying again to gift to family.

I bought the Meker Grill brush because I used a wire brush and didn't want any problems with the wires coming off into my food. The Meker bristle free grill brush comes with 5 pads that is easy to put on and off with velcro. Like the fact I can clean the pads in the dishwasher. The grill brush works extremely well, safer, we and fast to clean the grill than my previous method of keeping the grill clean.

This grill cleaner does exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Tossed the wire bristle brushes after finding bristles in my food. This soaks up water and steam cleans while the scrubber surface works at the same time. Cleans well in the dishwasher.

I was looking for a brush to steam clean my Weber grill. This one came with additional pads that are easy to change. I've used it twice so far and it worked great. The first time was after it had been used weeks before after cooking a bunch of burgers and dogs.

If anything, it cleans too good. There’s so little left on the grill there’s no seasoning oils and everything was sticking like new. I like that it doesn’t feel like it will break before pads wear out, but with 5 pads and after 2 weeks of cleaning almost daily the pad looks brand new, so it will be a long time before they wear out.Excellent for the stainless grates as it makes them look like new, I guess I will have to season the cast-iron grates like a skillet.

I love this grill cleaner. It has a good sized removable pad. I use water and this pad to clean the grate on my gas grill. Just heat the grill up and soak the pad in a bowl of water and scrub the grate with the pad. Simple no mess. The water changes to steam. I like the fact that the pads are removable. It came with 6 pads but so far I have only used one since I can clean it in the sink. I don't use the metal scraper on the front so I can't tell you how well that works.

The point of this is to not leave small pieces of metal behind. The metal in the pads breaks and comes off... defeating the purpose. Overall it works well. But I think we are all here so little bits of metal isn't left behind.
