Good product
Think it's helped with my snoring hard to know as single,but I don't put it in every night and I noticed nights not wearing it ,,I wake up tired

Waste of money cheap thin plastic does nothing at all to stop snoring. More of a choking hazard than anything else

Good value for money
My partners snoring has been improved. It has not disappeared, but he is much quieter. He was reluctant to try this at first, but now he sleeps in it all the time. Good value for money.

Mouth piece
I didnt find this any use to me. Uncomfortable to wear and didnt help.ne solve my problem. Very durable and portable. Just not for me im afraid to say.
