Tasty addition to my skincare routine!
First Impressions:I discovered Sun Powder on a podcast featuring a dermatologist, which immediately piqued my interest because of its research-backed formulation. Hearing credible professionals discuss its benefits for skin health and sun protection gave it a strong first impression.Flavor and Integration:The mocha flavor worked surprisingly well in my morning smoothie. It’s subtle but adds a nice depth to the drink without overpowering other ingredients like fruit or almond milk. It does have a slight bitterness, likely due to the polypodium leucotomos, but this is manageable in a well-balanced recipe.Formulation:Knowing that it’s dermatologist-formulated is a big plus. The ingredients are clearly chosen with purpose, focusing on sun protection, hydration, and anti-aging. This gave me confidence in the product, especially as someone who values preventative skincare.Efficacy:While I can’t directly measure the sun-protective benefits, I appreciate any added support for my fair skin, especially given its exposure to UV damage over time. It feels like a proactive step to pair with traditional sun protection measures like sunscreen and hats.Overall Thoughts:Sun Powder seems like a thoughtful addition to a daily routine if you’re already invested in skin health. It aligns well with a preventative mindset, and the convenience of adding it to a smoothie is a win. That said, it’s not a substitute for topical sunscreen but rather a complementary tool in a comprehensive skincare approach.Room for Improvement:The flavor could be further refined for a smoother standalone drinking experience, and clearer communication about when users might see visible benefits would help set expectations.

Horrible taste-undrinkable
The taste is so so bad I can’t drink it— it is the mocha flavor. And I can’t return it either here on Amazon. I won’t be repurchasing. So buyer beware!

Mocha taste
Honestly I don’t understand why ppl are complaining about the mocha flavor on here. I mix mine with my morning cold brew and it tastes great. Reminds me a little of the way slim fast used to taste. Can’t wait to see if there are results.

Bad taste
Tried mixing in with my coffee (mocha flavor) and it is so awful. I had to choke it down and my stomach felt upset all morning. I really want to like this product for the benefit, so will try the melon flavor as well.***update-I mixed it with a lot more water and ice, it was much better. Still not a fan of the stevia taste, but it was a 100 percent improvement.

The stevia flavor is terrible
The stevia is horrible.I love the concept of this and really wanted to make it work. I chose the chocolate flavor to put in my coffee every morning but the Stevia flavor is overpowering.Even with coffee creamer and coffee, it could not mask the overbearing sweetness and I was only able to try it for two days before I tossed the rest of the jar.If they ever decide to remove the Stevia, I will definitely try again

Former Lifeguard Approved! A Game-Changer for Sun Protection
I used to be a lifeguard, so my skin has definitely taken a beating from years of sun exposure. I’ve been on the lookout for something to give me a little extra protection, and Sun Powder is exactly what I needed! It’s super easy to mix into my daily routine (right when I take my other daily vitamins), and I love knowing it’s helping my skin recover and stay protected. It gives me peace of mind when I’m out in the sun for long periods. If you’re outside a lot and want some extra sun support, definitely give this a try. It’s been a total game-changer for me!

Tastes horrible
Tastes HORRIBLE, sicky-sweet, artificially. UGH.Horrible aftertaste too- first glass of it, straight down the drain. Waste of money, unless of course you like artificial sweeteners and uber-sweet stuff.

Seems a bit pricey.
I suppose if it does all that it claims, this product *would* be worth $50 for a 30-day supply. I can't tell if it does, unfortunately. I would guess that to really see a difference, you would need *more* than just a single month, and I don't have any skin troubles to show improvement in to begin with. Ah, well. Mixes easily enough into water. Now if only I didn't hate the taste of mocha.
