Very comfortable to use for those who are not tech savy..may need to purchase additional storage but other than that top device

I ordered this device last year October for my son while visiting the USA and he received it at the end of November that same year. After setting up I noticed minor glitches in the response time of the screen but I brushed it off thinking bcuz it was new or something like that. Sometime in January or February of this year my son set an alarm on his device and I got up to take it off only to realise that the screen was not responding when trying to swipe up... I had to rotate the screen until I could find a part that could respond thus cutting off the alarm. When I asked my son he stated that this had been going on a while and he hasn't been able to use the device fully. We have just eneded May and my son has been unable to use this device since March because the entire screen is now unresponsive. It cannot be unlocked...swiped or touched and if that is not enough the power button is also malfunctioning.. What upsets me is that the device is already pass the return/replace date and i paid more for it than it costs now. The device cannot be used and is basically an ornament now. I believe is defective and something should be done regardless of the date bcuz money was spent and now I have a product that serves no purpose.

I bought this for my 20-year-old daughter. She loves to read so I thought it would make a great e-reader. She was thrilled to get it. She plans to take it to college to take notes on it. She also started using it to stream shows. The only complaint she has it that the sound quality is poor.

I bought this mostly to watch videos on when using my treadmill and I have no complaints. The battery has lasted a very long time and the screen looks really good for this price. The touchscreen is pretty standard. I only noticed lag when I first boot it up but once everything loads it runs smoothly. The one con is probably the camera which is not very good but I honestly have no use for it so I won’t deduct a star for it. Overall i think this is a great value for the price

Ehh, it's okay-ish. It's what you'd probably expect from a cheap tablet. The Bluetooth and WiFi will randomly lose connection and continue to lose connection every ten or so seconds no matter how many times I reconnect, and it won't stop unless I restart the tablet. I only use it for YouTube, other streaming services and DnD Beyond and they seem to run fine enough unless everything disconnects. The lag is the worst part. Anytime I try to select something it'll take up to 5 full seconds to actually register. And sometimes the touch screen is a bit off. I'll tap directly on the full screen button and it'll miss by maybe a quarter inch lol. It's okay-ish for the price 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm gonna get something better though. Some people might be able to handle the lag and other issues but after a few months I've lost all patience with it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this tablet mainly for reading, and I’m glad I did. I was initially considering other tablets, but the discount on this one was hard to pass up. It’s very lightweight, which makes it perfect for holding for long periods while reading.For reading, it’s been excellent, and that’s primarily what I use it for. However, I do wish the screen resolution were a little sharper, and there’s a slight lag when playing videos. But for reading on the go, it’s more than sufficient and is great for travel and commuting. Overall, I’m really enjoying it for my intended purpose and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly reading tablet.

I am very satisfied with this tablet. I have had no problems with it at all and i've had it for a little while now. It is super light weight yet large enough to do what you need to do. The screen has a great picture. Runs fast and has had no lagging. I've done all the regular things and have played several different games with it and it's all been great. It's lightweight, sleek and I'm very satisfied with it so far.
