Great Choice
Excellent machine for its money. Been using it regularly and still functioning as new.

It Works As Advertised
This monitor works great once you understand how to set it up. The instructions are not the easiest to understand and follow, but once you start getting familiar with the monitor it becomes easier. There are some tutorials on YouTube that helped some. The software installed easily on my PC (I have Windows 10). Downloading of ABP data from the unit was easy but when complete, I get a message stating No Data Found, even though the data was downloaded successfully. The application display provides alot of information and the reports were all successfully generated and printed. I have found some differences in what the user guide says and how the displays actually work which was frustrating at first but you just have to work with it. If you have computer savvy people around to help you work through the problems it will be easier I suppose, but I do not have that luxury. In sum, it does what it is supposed to do and generates useful reports to share with your physician.

Fantastic value even given several caveats
First, a note: if you're buying this to check your blood pressure now and then, don't. The real value to this is that it you can leave the cuff on and collect data over the course of a day. If you don't need that, this is overkill and will be more trouble than it's worth. If you know what you're buying here (an ambulatory blood pressure monitor), you should know that you're paying about a *tenth* of what most of those cost -- this takes it from "specialized clinical equipment" prices to "niche Fitbit complement" prices. In exchange for that low price, there are several drawbacks:1. The included cuff is *terrible*. It requires three hands to put on yourself, and looks like it's cheaply made and won't last very long. This is fine; buy an Omron CD-WR17 (or whichever fits you) and use it instead. Don't get one of the springy metal ones like the HEM-FL31; it may dig into your upper arm near the elbow if you bend your arm while you're wearing it.2. The display is easily cracked. I broke mine storing it in a backpack *and* the included case for a weekend trip. I'm considering this a defect and getting it replaced, but you (and I) will want to look into something harder to protect the screen when the device isn't in use.3. The UI is functional but poorly translated. I haven't run into anything truly incomprehensible, but it definitely feels less polished and slick than anything from Omron, Fitbit, Garmin, or the like.4. The "PROMPT SOUND" (they use "prompt" to mean "alarm" for some reason) menu inexplicably has a password. It's 8015. I don't know why there's a password, why it's so hard to find in the manual or on the internet, or why the one other review that mentions the password *did not include the password*, but there you go.5. The PC software is apparently terrible. It feels too sketchy to bother running, and the quantity of data this produces is not so large that I can't transcribe it by hand or peruse it on the device.Even given all this, I strongly recommend this for folks who want to collect their own ambulatory blood pressure data. You're paying roughly the cost of a single 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring test for the equipment to measure it yourself as often as you want -- just double check your cuff placement technique with your doctor to make sure you're getting accurate data.

Don't waste your money.
Stay away flashes that it needs new battery every week and than when u replace it doesn’t hold charge, the on and off button stopped working less than a year it is very upsetting and disappointing I have reached out to the company. For the price I paid I would have thought it would have lasted more than a year very disappointing.

Quality product excellent customer service
Quality product. When compared at a doctors vist this was more accurate than what I previously had. My first one from CONTEC got lost in shipping. Contacted them and they overnighted a replacement.

Inconvenient but cheaper than medical-grade meters
As others have noted, the cuff is inconvenient and the user manual is inferior. That said, I was taking blood pressures within an hour and the results are similar to those obtained with my LifeSource UA767.The meter functions well in the 24-hour ambulatory mode. The lack of functioning Windows 10 software is a downer but it takes only thirty minutes to manually transcribe a hundred measurements (24 hours) to a spreadsheet.I have some concern as to the mean arterial pressure (MAP) is determined. The values are significantly different from the values calculated as one third the systolic pressure plus two thirds the diastolic pressure. The cuff, the manual and the software are serious deficiencies, which is why I rate the meter only 3-star. Technical support has not responded to emails. On the other hand, this meter is less than one tenth the price of medical-grade instruments.
