The product did not come with an instructions specifications, usage information and no product safety information. Only just the item. All items most have some sort of information.

Dead out of box.
I'm wanting to use it as an arc generator. Got all my parts in, and everything looks fine, but when I plugged the power supply in nothing happened. Toggled the power switch, tried a different outlet, held leads close, tapped leads together, nothing. No arc, no spark, no sounds, no magic smoke. Maybe I'm missing something, but at the moment I have a black box with some wires coming out of it that does nothing. Will change my review if it's a me problem.
