I was very excited about this product for my granddaughter. I don't like that the pieces only work if you have decent lighting in the room, I had to look up the puzzle online to find out why the pieces didn't work most of the time. Each puzzle piece has a sensor as well as the board that only works when decent lighting is around. For example it may not work in the evening with just lamps in the home. This is very disappointing for a two-year-old. As a grandparent I was frustrated too.

Awful quality - only works in direct sunlight, and if you have babies that like to chew this is not the puzzle for you, had to take away before baby got splinters in her mouth from cheap wood. Not happy purchased as a Christmas gift back in July and not within the return window. Wrote to customer service and haven’t heard anything.

I know people say the sound doesn’t work consistently. It does. You just need appropriate lighting. My house doesn’t have great lighting, and that makes it hard for the mechanism to work if we play on the floor. I can either shine a flashlight on it, or I have my child play at her Elmo table and it works perfectly. She loves it and sings the songs. She is thrilled to have control to start and stop the songs. Prior to this puzzle, she did not do well with other puzzles. The pieces are well done and have allowed her to learn how to complete simple puzzles.

El material no es adecuado para niños. Los niños todo lo llevan a su boca y una vez este material tiene contacto con o saliva se infla. Los niños lo muerden y ese material se rompe rápido. Aparte de que compré 2 y uno no funcionó. NO lo recomiendo

My 13 month old loves this puzzle so much. I like that it uses AAA batteries instead of the button ones. The pieces are sturdy and have the little pegs which are great for little ones to practice grabbing. You do need to be in a well lit room for the sensors to work and play the song. I do wish the songs were a little louder but otherwise, I think it’s a great toy for little ones.

Like others have noticed, it only works some of the time. Even with bright lights, it's very finicky. Considering how much it cost I'm really disappointed. Not worth it imo.

This puzzle is super easy for my toddler’s fingers to use and manipulate. Each piece is a perfect size for a toddler’s hand to play with. The wooden pieces are made strong enough to withhold natural toddler wear and tear.Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars because the sound on my puzzle wasn’t working correctly. I was super disappointed since it didn’t seem worth the money due to the lack of educational value that was missing with the missing music. However, customer service was great at working with me to come to a solution.

My 3 year old daughter loves this puzzle. It is durable and the songs are very clear. Ms. Rachel deserves all the praise and acknowledgment for her achievements. Our family loves and adores her and can genuinely say her toys are great too.
