What a rubbish product. It is like a very wide-tipped felt pen, unless you use it thin end on, which leaves one thin line.However, my biggest grip was that the wrong colour was sent. The colour received is vastly different from what I had ordered and was confirmed on my order and invoice. So it is unusable for me anyway. However, there was no way to return it via Amazon as any of the options I ticked (such as wrong item received, defective item received etc) sent me to a page saying 'This item is not returnable'. I understand this, for hygiene reasons, but when the error is not mine, but the senders- I expect to be able to receive the correct order. After trying to sort out a return for about an hour, I came across a chatbot (I don't think I'd know how to find it again) and I have received a refund now. But what a palaver!

I wear this daily and it will last me about 3 months before it runs out completely. The colour matches my own eyebrows very well and it does not smudge or rub off when I touch it. It is easy to apply and it will last all day without any touch ups. It is also easy to remove with just a bit of water and soap.

The ink is good - goes on well, stays on and doesnt budge until wiped off. Good value and colour is perfect. The applicator however isnt fine lines dont be fooled. Its a large felt tip with three small notches cut out so it doesnt draw hairs or anything it just fills gaps in brow

The colour was just right for me, but unfortunately the product itself was not.Although it worked as described on paper and the back of my hand, on the eyebrows it did not. It worked as a felt tip would, just a block of colour, not 4 lines, so it was just the same as an eyebrow pencil which was not what I wanted. Also it was not waterproof, it wiped off with my fingers.

Bought as mum annoyed her eyebrows aren’t what they used to be. Within seconds of applying I sent her to the mirror. (Wish I’d taken a pic) her face lite up as she had eyebrows for the first time in ages. She’s blonde so that’s the colour I bought. Have to say easy to apply and looked really natural. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a natural effect brow!!
