PAYOT Hydra 24 + Regard Glacon 15 ml

I love this product and it is really effective, one of the best eye products I have ever used, but have only given it four stars because I find I can't seem to ever get it out of the top with the roll-on. I have bought it many times but always have to cut a corner off the bottom and use the product by squeezing the serum through the end not the top. Which is a shame because the roll on is such a good idea. Maybe there is a secret to it that I'm not privy to!
