I would give a zero if I could - Don't bother buying
This "fiber supplement" should not be called that. It has ONE GRAM of fiber in THREE Caps!!! I couldn't figure out why it wasn't helping me when I was taking 3 a day (it's annoying that you need to take 3 as one serving.) Because it has hardly any fiber in it. 1gm - seriously? I paid for this? (yes, I should've checked the label, but you'd think a fiber supplement would actually be a supplement of fiber...) Avoid. (and you can't return it, so there goes $8 right in the trash can) Unless you enjoy taking 3 capsules daily just for fun, avoid this brand. Considering a REAL fiber supplement has 5g at the very least...this is a joke. I really hate throwing it away after I spent $8 on it, but they have a no return policy. Beware.
